
Online Enrollment for Returning Students
If your student did not attend Westville Schools in May 2025, you’ll need to follow the New Student Online Enrollment instructions or contact Blair Rector for enrollment assistance.
We’re excited to offer online registration for the upcoming 2025-2026 school year! Here’s what you need to know:
Most documents can now be completed online.
Our system will autofill much of your student’s information.
Paper packets will be available at Meet the Teacher if you prefer not to register online.
Medical Release Forms will also be available for signing and notarization at that time.
For Families with Multiple Students:
All of your students are linked in one convenient portal.
You will need access to your email and a mobile device to complete the online enrollment process.
If you already have a Guardian Portal account (using the same username and password as last year if you had a student in our district), skip to Step 15.
If you do not have an account, follow the steps below to create one.

Step-by-Step Guide to Create a Guardian Account
Go to www.westville.k12.ok.us
Click “Gradebook Portal” on the top menu.
Select “Gradebook Portal” again.
Click “Request an Account”.
Check the “Guardian” box, then click “Continue”.
Enter the email address you want associated with your account.
A verification email will be sent to the provided email address. (This email will come from SylogistEd. If you do not receive it within a few minutes, please check your junk/spam folder.)
Enter the verification code from the email and click “Verify”.
Enter your mobile phone number, choose text message or voice call, and click “Continue”.
Enter the verification code sent to your mobile number and click “Verify”.
Enter your First, Middle, and Last Name, then click “Continue”.
Complete the form and upload a photo ID.
If you experience issues uploading your ID, you may email a picture of it to blairrector@westville.k12.ok.us.
An account will not be created without proof of identification.
Verify that all information is correct, then click “Submit”.
A confirmation screen will appear once your request has been successfully submitted.
After Submission
You will receive further instructions via email after the district has reviewed your request. (This process may take 24-48 hours. You will receive an email from the school with login information.)
Once your account is created, log in to the Gradebook Portal.
Once logged in, your student(s) should appear in the system. Click “Enroll Student – 2025” to begin.
✅ Review and update your information.
✅ Complete all required forms.
You’ll have the option to upload documents such as:
Court paperwork (if applicable)
CDIB or Blue Cards
Birth Certificate
Immunization Records
Proof of Residency
Only upload documents that are not already on file.
If you do not see all of your students listed, please contact Blair Rector.
Only enroll a student as “new” if they did not attend Westville in May 2025.
Throughout the school year, you can access your student's current grades and attendance anytime by logging into the Guardian Portal.
