Westville Public Schools will be canceling school on Friday, December 18th due to the number of positive cases and quarantined staff members. Alt Ed will be in session today and Thursday. The staff was hit especially hard in the past 24 hours. Have a safe and Merry Christmas!!!
Westville Public Schools will finish the week in Distance Learning for all grade levels. We have had several employees test positive and want to limit exposure as much as possible. Students need to finish assignments and need to check in to finish this semester. We are sorry for the inconvenience. Thank you.
Westville Schools will be in Distance Learning for Tuesday, December 15. Please stay safe and log in for class assignments. Alt Ed will canceled on Tuesday.
The Varsity Basketball game with Keys for Tuesday night will be postponed until a later date.

Westville Schools will continue in the JH and HS 7-12 with only students that have a D or F will be required to attend in Person. The elementary PK-6 all students are required to attend except students that are full time virtual. Friday December 11 will be virtual for everyone.
Elementary Virtual Students- School Picture Proofs are available to be picked up in the Elementary Office during school hours. Proofs are due back by December 17th.
Update to attendance. Students in Grades 7-12 with a D or a F in a class are required to attend In-person learning. Students with C or better can attend but are not required. Students must keep up with work assigned if not attending classes.
The JH basketball game with Kansas has been canceled.
Parents and students we are modifying our return next week for students is grades 7-12. If your student is doing well with Distance Learning then you do not have to attend In-Person next week. We highly encourage students that are struggling to attend in person. Thank you
Westville schools will be returning everyone to In-person learning on Monday, December 7th. It is very important that students finish the semester strong. Be aware if you have any symptoms or fever to stay at home and contact your appropriate office.

Due to the extremely high number of cases of COVID, Westville Schools will be distance learning for the week of Nov 30-Dec 4. We will make a decision for the following week later this week.
Westville Schools will be Distance Learning for the week of Nov 16-19. Our county has hit the red level as well as most of the state. I would encourage everyone to take the necessary precautions to stay safe. If your student is struggling and needs help please reach out to the Principal and teacher to set up a time for your student to get the necessary help. Teachers will be at school Monday-Thursday of next week.
The junior high and high school are mailing out progress reports today, Thursday the 12th. We also included a letter explaining some options that are available if you are concerned about your child's grades. If you do not receive your child's progress report within a couple of days please contact the appropriate office and let us know. We have several students who are struggling and we want to do everything we can to help them recover by the end of the semester which is December 18th.

All students will be on Distance Learning for Thursday, November 12th. We will make a decision on Friday pertaining to next week.
