The football scrimmage scheduled for tonight has been moved to Lincoln due to field conditions. Stilwell and Westville will face off at 6 p.m. Admission is the same - soap, towel, peanut butter, or $2
Monday, August 26th is the deadline for business ads, shout out ads, and varsity player sponsor lines for the football program. More info is available on the school website under the news section. You may also email Vicki Reece at vreece@westville.k12.ok.us to place an ad or get additional information. Their are several ad sizes/prices available. The 3rd and 4th grade Softball Games for tomorrow Thursday, August 22nd have been cancelled.
Parents of junior high softball players, the junior high softball game, tonight August 20th, has been changed to a junior varsity game. The junior varsity game will start at 4:30. A high school game will follow.
Parents of 7th grade students if you are opposed to your child receiving vaccines you can fill out an exemption form and they will not have to get the TDAP vaccine. If you are interested, please contact the junior high office and we will provide this form. The exemption form must be submitted by Friday, August 23.
Attention 7th grade parents. We are required by law to make sure every 7th grade student has taken the TDAP vaccine. If your child has not taken this shot please do so by Friday, August 23. After this date your child will not be able to return to school until we receive documentation showing they have received their TDAP shot.

Parents please do not drop off students behind the gym. This area is restricted to employees only. It is a very congested area between the Ag building and practice football field. The drop areas are on Collyge st east of elementary and Yellowjacket St west of the JH. Thank you

The Westville Police Department will be holding their Annual Backpack Giveaway on Saturday, August 3rd at 4:00 p.m. at the Westville Community Building. A group of local Hairstylists will be providing Free Back to School Haircuts for students during the Backpack Giveaway.
Staff Reminder: Teacher Assistants, Paraprofessionals, & Cafeteria Staffs first day back to work this year will be Thursday August 1st.
Secretaries will start back according to their work schedule.
