🌟 Staff Spotlight of the Week: Tracy Duncan! 🌟 This week, we are excited to highlight Tracy Duncan, our Elementary Reading Specialist and RTI Director! 📖 Tracy is celebrating her 18th year with us, including her internship! 🎉 She has a deep passion for helping students grow, and nothing brings her more joy than watching reluctant readers transform into confident ones. Tracy is also a proud mother of three wonderful children! Two of her kids still attend school here, and her oldest is a college graduate preparing to begin her journey as a teacher! 👩‍🏫 When asked what advice she would give her younger self, Tracy said, “Give yourself grace!” 💙 We are thrilled to have Tracy with us and truly appreciate the positive influence she brings to our students daily! Let’s express our admiration for her commitment and enthusiasm!
