Parents, the new starting times for Westville 7-12 are as follows. The first bell will ring at 8 am with the second bell at 8:05 the beginning of 1st hour. Students will be dropped off the bus at 7:50. Elementary students will go to classrooms and JH/HS may eat breakfast but will have a second chance breakfast also after 1st hour. End of school is still 3:15. We are adjusting our time to have an ICAP hour to help with requirements for SDE. Thank you
Parents, unlike years past the elementary, junior high and high school will be set up just outside of their respective offices to fill out paperwork for students in those grade levels. We also have construction going on so please do not drive through taped off areas. The best place to park would be on the west side of campus in the student parking. Thank you!
Westville Schools will be having Meet the Teacher on Monday, August 16 from 2-6 pm. We are asking all visitors please wear a mask in the building during the conference. We don’t want an outbreak before school starts on Wednesday. There will also be a community meeting in the auditorium about the ESSER 3 Funds at 7pm. We will be sharing ideas on how to spend the money including a construction project that can be used with these funds. Thank you

Parents for planning purposes we need a count of the number of students who plan to attend virtually this year. Please fill out the quick survey attached to the link below if you are considering sending your child to virtual school. Please be aware that virtual school will only be offered for 5th-12th grade students, and a student who did not maintain adequate grades while enrolled in virtual school last year will not be allowed to enroll virtually this year. Also, virtual students may participate in clubs and organizations but may not be elected to an office unless arrangements are made with the administrator and club sponsor. If you have a concern about any of these policies, please make an appointment with your child’s principal.

Westville schools will be moving our start date back to Wednesday, August 18. Construction delays and training conflicts are the reason. Meet the teacher will be Monday, August 16. We plan for a normal 5 day a week schedule for this year. At this time our plan is optional masks. We will monitor the situation and make the necessary adjustments to have in person learning this year. To help with this goal we are encouraging staff and students to get vaccinated but it is NOT required.

Graduation will be held at Akin-Langley Field tonight at 8 pm. The field is saturated so no one will be allowed on the field unlike years past. Please be aware the parking lot east of the stadium is also very wet. We are hopeful that the rain stays away during the ceremony!
All girls going into 7th/8th grade that are planning to play basketball next year need to be at the gym Monday May 24 at 8:30 am for basketball team camp at Jay. Wear athletic clothing and bring basketball shoes. Bring money for lunch. We will return approximately 4:45pm.
Westville Schools will be ending the mask mandate for the last 3 days of school. Masks will be optional. This includes buses. The CDC has eased mask wearing for vaccinated people. We are encouraging everyone that is willing to get vaccinated. Thank you!
Elementary Virtual Students will need to turn in their school owned devices and hotspots this Friday May 14 to their home room teacher.
JH/HS Virtual Students will need to turn in their school owned Chromebooks and hotspots to the HS library this coming Monday, May 17th between 1:00 and 3:00 in the afternoon.
Westville Schools will be honoring Basketball, Soccer, Track and Cheer Seniors, in the auditorium, at 5:45 pm on Tuesday, May 11, 2021. The Athletic Awards will begin immediately following.
