🌟 Staff Spotlight of the Week: Laura Pritchett! 🌟 Meet Laura Pritchett, one of our dedicated paraprofessionals at Westville for the past three years! Laura loves being around children and finds joy in watching them grow both academically and personally. When asked what advice she would give to herself when she first started working here, she responded, "You will learn and grow more than you could ever imagine." 💬 Outside of school, Laura stays busy with her two sons, James and Jacob, who always keep her on her toes! She enjoys hiking and going on adventures with her family, making the most of every moment together. Thank you, Laura, for being such an amazing part of our team! We are so lucky to have you at Westville! 💛

🐝📚 Way to go, Anna Doba! On Friday, April 25, Anna represented Westville at the Eastern Oklahoma State Spelling Bee in Muskogee, competing against 184 other students—and she earned an impressive 18th place! Even more incredible is that this was her first time competing, and she's only in 4th grade! Anna is a natural at spelling, and we are so proud of her hard work and achievement. 💜💛👏

We will have volunteer opportunities this summer for students who received the Cherokee Nation Undergrad scholarship. Participants will help teachers and staff move classrooms, as many teachers are moving rooms due to the restructuring of our junior high into a middle school. It’s a great way to give back, earn volunteer hours, and support our amazing school community!
