🚨 Update from Westville Schools! 🚨 That’s right — Westville is making a shift! We’re reconfiguring our current grade structure and transitioning Junior High into Westville Middle School. This change will create a more focused learning environment and minimize overlap among different age groups. 🏫 P3–5th Grade – Westville Elementary 🏫 6th–8th Grade – Westville Middle School 🏫 9th–12th Grade – Westville High School 📣 Our current 5th, 6th, and 7th graders will be the first group to be called Westville Middle School students! We’re excited about this updated structure and what it means for our students and community! 💛🖤

Today, Senior Trinity Duncan pulled off an absolutely incredible feat — she finished the regular season UNDEFEATED in the shot put! Trinity capped off her amazing run by winning the Five Lakes Conference Championship with a lifetime-best throw of 36-04.75! Throughout the season, she took first place at the following meets: Wilburton Jay Tahlequah Gentry, AR Porter Vinita Mansfield, AR Five Lakes Conference We are so proud of Trinity and all of her hard work, dedication, and determination! 🌟Staff Spotlight: Kellie Edwards 🌟 Meet Kellie Edwards, our dedicated Elementary Principal who has been part of the Westville family for the past 7 years! When asked what she would tell herself on day one, she shared: "I would tell myself that the nervousness would turn into confidence. That feeling of responsibility will deepen into a sense of purpose. And that sensation of hope would be met with happiness." Kellie says that when she took on this role, she knew she was stepping into something special—but she never imagined just how deeply she would come to love the school and the community. Westville has truly become her heart. One of her favorite parts of the job? "I love being able to support amazing teachers and celebrate our students. It's more than a job, it's a joy." Many of her colleagues admire her for being incredibly hardworking, professional, and dedicated to both her staff and students. She leads with heart, and it shows in everything she does. 📣 Attention Westville Families: We are aware of the current situation involving the Westville Youth League Football. While the league has never been officially affiliated with Westville Schools, we want to assure you that we care deeply about the students who participate in sports outside of school. We believe it's important to have a place for them right here in our Westville community. While the current Youth Football group is exploring other league options, if they are unable to join a different league, the school will do its best to find ways to accommodate the students who wish to continue playing football. This topic will be addressed during the next school board meeting. We value your input and support as we work together to do what’s best for our kids and our town. 💜💛
